Very friendly.
Felt more than just a number but had a feeling of personal care. Of particular not Steph and Kayleigh along with Dr. May who used difficult delivery. Not being too involved but making sure we know our options. It was made to feel like our decision rather than just being told to do this or that. To improve may be availability of single rooms post natally to allow a better choice to use and board as family.
My care was very good, over head. Staff were very helpful, everything was explained to me and my husband. I was told to ring the buzzer anytime I needed anything. Food was good and plentiful. Cleanliness was very good too. The small negatives were the clattering of noise that comes from the OBS trolleys. And the raised voices of staff at night outside near nursing station and when entering the room.
Nice, empathetic staff. Looked after me well.
The care I have received has been fantastic. All staff have been informative, friendly, polite and professional. Thank you!!
Very quick attentive service. Nurses amazing. Reassuring.
X-ray dept staff. Great all round. Care very good.
The whole maternity department was exceptional especially midwife Claire Whaley, her care went beyond the level of her pay.
Very supportive from start to finish put my mind at rest with every question asked.
Be improved: Better pay for these ladies.
